  The only reason for giving them 1 star is because 0 stars is not an option. 3 calls over a 7 day period to discuss lift install. 3 promises of a call back but no call back. On last call I was told they were too busy. Too busy to even return a call? With that kind of customer service they probably will not be too busy for long
