A couple of your employees in a plow truck came upon my delivery team out by seven sisters today. They had went down an unfamiliar road and ended up getting stuck in the snow. Your guys offered to help and got my guys free! Being from Fargo, during storms guys will drive around and charge people to "help". Your guys were an example of "Minnesota Nice" offering help and expecting nothing in return. This really proves the value and necessity for local business and why we need to support them. Way to teach and train your employees!! Keep up the good work, and Thanks for your help!

Thank you Anthony! This is so good to hear. Yes these are our guys “ Minnesota Nice” no doubt! Yes the local business do need to support each other and help where needed and I am happy they were there in the time of need. Doing good deeds always comes back, we are happy to know your work day ended well and no one was stranded ☺️ thank you for your kind words.

They did an amazing job at the outside area of the O’Reilly down town store. Felt bad when one of the employees saw them moving snow and parked a work truck intentionally in the way but the guys still tried to remove as much snow as they could. Nicest job I have ever seen done when out shopping. Keep up the good work.

Thank you Jessica our guys do a great job and work really hard at making sure others can resume their day to day work activities as well as shopping. It is really nice when others can do their part to assure our crews get it done safe and efficiently. That including freeing parking areas and loading docks of trucks and equipment.

This company is hired to do snow removal at businesses up town, last year we had some issues with them but they did get better throughout the winter after communicating a few times. Now this winter they are starting off the same way. Now i understand first few snow falls will be learning experiences to figure oit the best way to clear the snow but today they came through a second time to clear snow that had drifted in after they cleared it once and we had shoveled around our back door and loading ramp and had parked our trucks on it. When they came back they blew the snow right up to the driver side of the truck so our driver had to go through the snow bank to get in. Which i think would be common sense to not put a snow pile up against a vehicle. One of our employees went to talk to the a guy shoveling and he was very nice about ot and said he would let them know not to be putting snow there. Another employee went to talk to the guys in the machine with the snowblower which one was decent about it and understanding but the other guy said it was our fault for having the truck there, which this was also after we were open for business so the truck was in use. They also never came back to fix the issue so we ended up having to shovel the pile of snow again. I may change my rating later if the employees start using common sense on where they put snow so customers dont have to walk through and also don't pile snow in loading zones. They are prompt on getting out and clearing snow early but seems they just dont think on where the snow gets put.
