  I have used Penn several times over the past couple years for a few projects (hardscape and landscape). Just as every business has had challenges during this time, I appreciate the work they did during all of this. From talks with family members (family run business) to the office staff, everyone is friendly, professional, and have a true willingness to work with you to meet your specific needs. Any questions I had during each of my projects were answered quickly, and any specific issues I identified were addressed satisfactorily. I would contact them again for any future projects I may have.

  Came by and plowed a neighbor's driveway. In the process, completely buried our driveway that we had spent hours shoveling out the day previously. There was plenty of space to push the snow somewhere else, so there's no excuse for this. Had my partner call the company to let them know their driver was doing this, and received a pretty nasty response from a woman, who proceeded to hang up on him. There are plenty of places in town that can help with snow removal, I wouldn't go with these folks though.

  Penn Landscaping completed a job for our front & side yards with landscaping lights and grasses, shrubs and plants. In the spring we had about 3 plants / grasses that did not come back. We have had a lot of problems with the lights and now do not work at all. We had requested paperwork on the lighting but was told they didn’t have any but would request it from manufacture. We have never received the lighting paperwork. We had called and left messages(prior to the year). When we went by the store and spoke with Tyler. He told us it was a little early in the spring and he would come out in a few weeks and see if the plants had returned and would check the lights. 3 weeks went by and no one came out or called. I called and left a few messages, with no response. I stopped by the store a few weeks later but Tyler was not there. I left a message for him to please call with no response. I have went by the store at least 4 more time in the last few months. No response. Our landscaping lights do NOT work and we have several dead plants / grasses. IT WAS NOT A CHEAP JOB! I would NOT recommend Penn Landscaping or Sunburst Nursery.
