Spent over $40 k at this place along with service and repairs.. Had them pick up my tractor on tue 11/2 for service. I called on Fri 11/5 to see if it was ready and was told that it hasn't been touched yet. Should be done that day if not it would be done on Mon 11/8. I called tue 11/9 at the end of the day and was told that it was going in the next day wed 11/9. At this point I had them return it to me. If they would of called me instead of me calling and would of just been honest with me I'd be ok. Not the first time I have had problems here at this branch. Never again...done with them. Took it to Martin Sullican in Lexington and couldn't be happier. 30 minutes away but they will get my from here on out.  Sales and service.

Martin's is wonderful, they got our mower back to us as soon as the part came in.Customer Service is great works with there customer with payment options. There staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We will use them again for repairs, and will tell our family and friends. Thanks again

Purchased a 2013 4720 in mid October 2020 from Martin Sullivan in Bloomington. Communication with salesman Zachary Jinks was clear and helpful. They shipped the tractor from their Galesburg location to Bloomington for my convenience and it was appreciated. Less than a month after the purchase, the valve went out on the 485 backhoe attachment with less than 10 hours on the hour meter. Store manager Jeff Siegrist was contradictory and interruptive during phone conversations and was unwilling to help resolve the situation. I will not do future business with Martin Sullivan. Sloan’s dealership has been supportive with the repairs despite my purchase of the tractor elsewhere. I will do future business with Sloan’s.
