  We purchased a spruce tree for our daughter in KC for her new home. The first tree lasted less than one year. Reluctantly Suburban replaced it. The second tree didn’t even live three months. I had to call a half dozen times to get the owner to call me back. Apparently he was the only person to handle complaints. All he said was that they only did one tree replacement no matter what the circumstance. They would not even come look at it! The tree had to be sick to begin with to only last three months. I spoke to three large nurseries in Omaha and all said they would have replaced it! I would definitely choose another nursery

  I own my own tree service and sometimes we plant trees. They have quality product here! My wife and I like to go there or just a dream! They have such a beautiful vision for the store no matter which one you visit(I think there are 3 to 5 locations) On Mother’s Day I took my wife and family to ride around in the golf carts and look at plants and buy different products, my daughter LOVED it and my wife had a fantastic time, you and you can always find so many things Of high quality, all of the stores are very big and customer service is great!
