  Called Steve Townsend to remove a couple large trees. Initially everything was great. He came over in a timely manner and provided a fair quote. Gave a date about 3 weeks for removal. The day of the job he called to reschedule for the next day, not a big deal, we obliged without issue. Then he began asking about if the ground was too wet to drive his truck back there. Advised we were not positive and he could come assess if needed. Response was "ok", no show on his part the next day. We texted to let him know it seems dry enough, again response was "ok" and a no show. Called another company, came out immediately and gave a slightly higher quote - noted potential for wet ground to them and their response was "that isn't an issue". They showed up on the date they chose and took the tree down without issues. So, in short, my experience is that if you want to waste your time call Steve Townsend. Otherwise, call someone else.

  Steve and his team removed a maple tree in our backyard and him and his team crushed it. Very professional service (also oddly entertaining to watch) and great price. Would highly recommend.

  Highly recommend Steve Townsend Landscaping. They are very professional and reasonably priced. Removed a maple tree in very close quarters. This could not have been done without amazing technique.
