  UPDATE : Received call from NY state police reporting our trash from clean out had been dumped illegally on someone's property. This greatly upset us as we were sent a receipt for the landfill which we paid, in addition to labor prices. The person he subcontracted to stole multiple items from property which were not to be touched (including a light fixture). The areas he cleaned were done well otherwise. ______________☹_____________ Updated 11/17/2017: Still waiting on your information as well as the receipt so that we can forward it to the proper authorities regarding the theft of $2,000 worth of our former landlord's property which your employee took after we moved out. Please send this information, as well as your insurance info to the contact information you have for us since you don't want to reply to my messages. I guess this is not a legal business, as Mr Roe has refused to give me the information I need for the attorney. I would suggest anyone using his business to thoroughly check him out and take all information before jobs as after things are missing you won't get them. Update Nov. 20, 2017: After numerous attempts, Mr Roe refuses to give me the information regarding his mailing address and insurance information for his business. This is not professional conduct whatsoever. Mr. Roe, I have tried to handle this without police involvement. The BBB has no record of your business. Since you want to go off on rants about how you hired your friend so you are not responsible and there are other issues (which have nothing to do with you) I am left without a choice. My problem with YOU is that you ripped us off for $50 intentionally, and your employee stole from my former landlord. You have already taken full responsibility with the NY State Police for the illegal dumping of our refuse after we moved and paid YOU for landfill services showing YOUR clear deceit and fraudulent business practices. Please man up, and provide your information as requested so that the proper person's can deal with this. Consumers beware. This is not even John's company! It is owned by Derek Roe! Updated December 13 2017 I have yet to hear from John Rowe. Very irresponsible business representative! Do not leave your property unattended while anyone from this company is present.

  As you've previously been told the items you've said have were taken and the property owner have said were taken are not the same. Due to your own tenant/landlord issues you've been trying to drag my business down. Also you've been informed my contact in the case your attorney needs to reach me. I can provided references for over 100 jobs and I have great reviews besides this. Also fully licensed & insured

  This company i would not recommend to a single person. They come to your house cobble job the work. Pre plan to come back when you are not home ..And take what little things you have . They have stolen my lawn mowers pressure washers and tools . kyle walker is the ring leader ... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ...

  Kyle Walker is not an employee of this business so any known issues you should take up with him. Your obviously trolling and have nothing better to do considering your name is the only EMPLOYEE that works for this company. Also if something was stolen where are the police reports or charges being filed. YOU SHOULD FIND A HOBBY INSTEAD OF SLANDERING BUSINESSES
