  I spoke with one of the owners initially at the location in Plainwell, which was a great learning experience and set the stage for the eventual purchase. I was impressed by his friendliness and willingness to just chat about the various options, differences, pros/cons of various zero turn radius mowers and what the market was looking like. My plan was to purchase a model I saw in stock, but waited too long. I ended up spending about the same amount, nearly $10k, but on a mower with a few upgrades. Got my beefy zero turn purchase complete in less than 30 minutes at the Battle Creek location, your guy made the process extremely easy. I picked it up a couple days later and the staff (different than the day I purchased) knew who I was, called me by name, and had everything ready to go. It was really quite a pleasurable transaction, better than I could have ever expected. And the end result is quite spectacular (from a homeowner perspective). This thing is built like a tank, and it’s pretty good look’n too. I find myself looking for other lawns to cut because I don’t want to stop mowing. 😂😂

  Steensma Lawn and Power Equipment has always been my go-to place for lawn equipment and to service the equipment. Their salesmen and parts department is always helpful and they even give you a demo and show you how to use the equipment or do basic maintenance on it. Their prices are not all that bad either. We get all our lawn equipment from them.

  I had my John Deere 955 subcompact tractor in for service at the Battle Creek store. Carl, Jeff and Ryan were very professional and kept me informed on the status of my repair. They do pick up and delivery which is a big help for me. I now have my tractor back and its running like a top. I recommend Steensma for service of any lawn & garden equipment. Thanks team!
