  AHS was down the road on a service call removing leaves from a neighbor when I inquired about removing leaves from my yard which had all been put roadside for collection. The technicians I spoke with quoted me at a rate of $60 per hour which I agreed to. The 2 person crew accomplished the work in approximately 20 minutes time. I then received an invoice for 2 hours of time at a total of $120. When I contacted the office I was told the billing was because there is a minimum 2 hour charge on all leaf removal calls due to drive time to dispatch the crew then to haul away and dispose of the leaves. I could honestly understand even billing for 1 hour at this point since there is certainly a 10 minute commute to and from the business location to my house even thought the crew was already working on my street. I objected to this cost as this was not part of the verbal agreement I had entered in when I agreed to the quote of $60 per hour. Had a 2 hour minimum billing been established beforehand I most likely would have accepted the services still but I cannot in good faith recommend this company due to what I consider very unethical business practices.

  we are sorry for the mis communication, it is always best to call our office for services then talk to onsite crew, they dont always know the answer accurately. Would help avoid those misunderstandings. Rarely do we have a leaf job that stays under 2 man hours, between blowing them up and dispatching a leaf vac to remove them as well. We hope Your next experience is a better one. I think we should inform our crews to not give on site quotes and direct customers to our office for clearer details. Our apologizes.

  I called my usual driveway guy to resurface my driveway which is 1/8 mile long. After waiting for 10 months and calling several times, I called Gary at AHS. He came right out to evaluate the situation and sent me a quote within a week. About a week after approving the quote, I received a notice that they would be out in about a week. When I got home last night Gary's team was gone and the driveway looked amazing! The materials they uses looks like it is locked in tight. Their attention to detail up around the garage approach and turn around in the yard is awesome. I have my drive top dressed every few year, and AHS will defiantly get the job from now on. Thanks Guys...

  First time there. Super friendly, very helpful, and great customer service, Great selection of landscape supplies, Great prices and it is a Great place to go for Landscape Supplies. I recommended this place to my friends, and they went there a couple days later, they were very happy about the service as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
