I had to start from scratch with a dirt weed infested lawn and they recommended the right irrigation people, helped with the new care of the sod and in 1 year went from nothing to a nice green lawn, the best in the neighborhood. The staff are always on time, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend you try them out and see for yourself.

Spring-Green service is exceptional. My experience with their services for over 5 years thus far is A+, affordable and 5 Star!! Spring-Green's fertlization, weed control and annual aeration services were very beneficial. My wife and I highly recommend their quality of services.

I called Spring Green to pay my bill and understand why I was charged 297.29 for Core & Overseed for the fall. I was under the assumption that this service included treatment every 6 weeks in the spring. When I contacted the office to discuss my service package, the representative wasn't able to accurately answer my question around the service I received. After asking about my service question in several different way and receiving the same blanketed response. I requested to speak with the manager. I was placed on hold and when Chrissy returned, I was told the manager heard the whole conversation and the price is set and refused to speak with me. I was taken aback, this is a poor excuse of leadership and disrespect to me as the customer. I merely wanted to understand what lawn service package I purchased and why my bill was so high. It was never about the bill or requesting to reduce the price. I was seeking clarity to fully understand what I purchased and what I needed to purchase to receive the best package. I was so mad that I replied that they could take me to court for payment! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY I WAS HANDLED!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVCIE AND THIS IS A TRAINING OPPORTUNITY FOR THE FRONT LINE MANAGER & REPRESENTATIVE...

When Ms. Baltimore called our office on 10/20/21, she questioned the price of the aeration & overseeding service provided on 9/7/21 and stated she didn’t realize that was the price. Our office explained the costs and services and advised that the charges had been disclosed multiple times in writing before the visit; therefore, the price would not be adjusted. Ms. Baltimore then stated that she was unhappy with the results of the seeding. We immediately offered to have the owner personally come to the property before the end of the week to look at the lawn and speak with her. An email was also sent within the hour that included copies of the original written estimate, the confirmation letter (with itemized pricing) sent at the time of sale, and the email sent 9/2/21, which advised of a $25.00 increase in the price of the aeration & overseeding (due to the dramatic and unexpected cost of seed this year). Again, the email assured Ms. Baltimore that the owner would be out this week to check the lawn & speak with her personally once he saw the lawn. I also replied to Ms. Baltimore later that afternoon in another email to confirm that the personal visit was scheduled. (Jim is expected to go to her lawn tomorrow, Friday, 10/22.) The customer’s reply indicated that she understood and was waiting for the visit. It is very disappointing to read this review as we have not had the opportunity to see the lawn and speak with her for the promised follow-up as agreed.
