  Renting the equipment and giving them our money was the easy part...then the experience went south. The small stand up tractor with tracks continuously lost it's left track (9 times, even when driving straight on even ground). They were going to charge us to come out and put it back on. My husband, who is an experienced heavy equipment operator, indicated the track was bad to them but they didn't care. He fixed it all 9 times wasting 1/4 of the time we had rented it for (2 day rental). They would not even consider giving us a portion of a reimbursement. Upon returning the equipment, the woman at the front desk was only concerned that her first customer of the day had a complaint and that she had to deal with it.

  The lady who helped us was knowlegable, friendly and was able to look up answers quickly on the computer when we asked for prices, weight limits, machine weights and such. She told us about our different choices along with the negatives and positives. We were able to walk out in the lot and look at the different equipment. We did not rent any equipment today, we were just finding out what are choices are and the prices for a challenging project we have coming up. I would recommend.

  I rented a 5 x 10 trailer, which worked great. My only problem was with the tires. One tire had less than 20 psi, two had about 40, and one had 60. The tires should have had 80 psi. When you rent there, you should have the tire pressure checked. Where I told the yard guy, he said it is about that time of year. That gave me the impression they check them once a year.
