We bought a dozen blinds for our office, Kent was super helpful and knowledgeable. When we got them some of them we decided were blocking enough sunlight depending on the time of day. We were able to easily exchange them and get some darker ones. Thanks Kent for making it an easy process!

Half of their personnel is great, they'd handhold you through your project and get you everything. The other half would let you standing waiting for half an hour because that's not their aisle or they will not move a finger because "the label doesn't match so we need a supervisor". The store itself is clean and fully stocked, I've been about 50 times.

This Lowes is very nice and clean. The employees are polite and usually knowledgeable. Sometimes a little expensive, but not too bad and they have good sales on great products. They do have pretty much everything you would expect a hardware store to have.
