  I spent over $5k on this project and did not even come close to what we expected. We now have to spend more money with another company to make it right. I was away with work and they took advantage of that. They tried to give me a used bush that was half dead when I got it. Then they replaced it and charged me for another plant. The company didn't leave any instructions on a new plant. I always thought bushes were self sufficient and didn't need much attention. Chad the owner wanted to charge me additional money to fix there initial screw ups with the stepping stones. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN

  I am sorry to hear of the problem! We did a sod and river rock job for Marc this year, scheduled it to get done and then he called several times to see if we could come sooner. With some effort we were able to rearrange our schedule to make that happen. During the job he requested an extra plant to be added, which we installed for no charge, and when the job was done Marc seemed happy and paid his bill in full. Unfortunately that plant died for lack of water so we replaced it and charged him for the second plant (which he paid for without any issues). That plant died as well from lack of being watered. Three months after the job was completed Marc called to ask if we would replace the second bush for free and when we told him we couldn't, it did not die because of us, he then came up with a list of issues that we said he wasn’t happy with. Trying to end on a good note we offered to replace the plant for free, he decided he didn’t actually want that plant after all and he then offered to pay for the additional changes he wanted. Later, he backtracked and decided that the changes he wanted should be done for free. When we told him that it had been 3 months since we finished, he had approved the finished job, there had been no complaints and/or issues and we could not do substantial changes for free he got upset and hung up on us.

  I called this company 6 times last summer to see if they could help with my lawn. I was told every time someone would call me back and no one did. I tried again this year and have had a similar experience. I would even be happy with a call just saying we can't or don't want to do the job. Really not professional to say you will call and not do it.

  I am sorry for the issues, we try to get back with customers to let them know when we are coming so I am not sure what happened.
