  My pump wasn't running and the control box didnt test or seem to work at all. I had one company come out and pump the tank and then tell me they didn't know enough about the electrical system.. So I called Simply Septic. I specifically told the lady on the phone, I just had my system pumped, but I really need someone to come out that knows what they are doing to diagnose the system. The technician showed up and was extremely nice and professional. He pumped both my septic and grey water tanks, but when it came to the pump and control box, he didnt know much about them. He called his boss and they recommended I call an electrician. Today Upstate Septic came out and David Reed diagnosed the system in about an hour. He replaced my pump and floats and the control box was fully operational again. Don't waste your time calling Simply Septic unless you just need the tank pumped. The technician did a great job with that, and the price was fair. But I was disappointed that I couldn't get my real problem diagnosed.

  Alex was my technician that Septic connection sent out to pump my tank & inspect system. It's rare to find someone as honest & professional as he was which I credit Septic Connection LLC for hiring great people to represent their name. All I can say is hire them once & you will be as pleased as I am knowing you now have a go to company you can trust for your septic needs & more.
