We have used Senske for 4 years to install Christmas lights and decor. The first two years the service was good, the last two years have been bad, with this year being the worst. It is very difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone for Christmas decor. I have NEVER in the 4 years I have been using them, been able to call for Christmas lights and have someone answer the phone immediately. It is always about an 8 minute wait. I am not exaggerating. Last fall I called three times to get our lights put up before Thanksgiving. It finally happened on the 3rd call. Now this Spring (it's March) I am still waiting for the lights to be taken down. I called a week ago to ask about this and after my very long wait on hold, I spoke with someone who assured me I would be receiving a phone call about this and that the lights should of already been removed. If someone had called me back I probably wouldn't be writing this review, but that was the last straw. On the positive, everyone I ever speak to at Senske is always very nice and polite.

Senske is reasonably priced and provides prompt service. We've had our lawn over seeded and aerated in the Fall, and now are receiving fertilizer treatments. We have been pleased with their services.
