Since Senske took over from Elk Creek I've had nothing but issues. First, they were late with my scheduled treatments ( I had to call to inquire about my applications and I was told I fell of their schedule). As a result I had a bumper crop of crab grass and other weeds. Second, they scheduled me for a tree treatment which I'd had done the previous fall and was good for 3 years. They told me they had no record of the treatment on their system (even though I have the invoice from Fall 2020). It's a shame when a small business gets bought out by a larger company and service suffers. I will not be renewing with Senske for my lawncare.
