  The ceo of this company is a big game trophy hunter. His office is full of stuffed kills, yet he claims to be a “caretaker of the land” in his companies mission statement. I invested over a years worth of time into working for this company, only to be stabbed in the back by my own boss. This company is rife with double standards, unfair bias, and hypocrisy. Their services are barely up to industry standards. Even with Colorado being a green state, they have alleged strict rules against being a cannabis consumer at any time (even when you’re off), and yet 90% of their staff are regular cannabis consumers even while on the job. This gets a blind eye turned to it, just like the detail quality of their jobs do as well. Avoid this company at all costs.

  Casey-Unfortunately you never took the time to speak to the hunter to discuss his practices and how his activities help preserve good habitat and how he carefully selects when and where he hunts and how everything is used for food. You would also hear how he often goes out hunting and does not harvest any animal and is just as content just being in nature and doing the right thing. I would add he is also strictly a bow hunter with no animals I would consider a part of “trophy” hunting. We do not permit any employees to be under the influence of any drug during work because we operate equipment which can cause great harm to the employee and others. We take safety very seriously and take action when we have reasonable suspicion of someone being under the influence. The quality of our jobs and existing personnel speaks to itself and we proudly stand behind all those members on our existing staff who make good choices to be safe and provide great quality.

  Terrible, very misleading they play with your hours of work and address personal vendettas by allowing formans the opportunity to clock employees in and out whenever they feel the need also they have hires that are mexico citizens so they work 8 months and leave 4 but they are not starting them with the standard starting pay they have chose to offer them 16.70 including the forman of their group daily discrimination is obvious you better of going to a temp service and they say they will mail you your last check after you quit im glad i already had another job because i still have yet to receive my last check worse mistake ever made👎👎👎👎and most likely if you see a 5 star review its a employee that has been paid to change a bad review

  Kevin-Sorry you feel this way as our goal is to engage a team of happy, loyal employees that lead to happy loyal customers. No one here has ever heard a complaint of hours being manipulated and that would be illegal for any company to allow. Each week every individual approves their hours and has ample ability to address inaccuracies. We do employ workers who have been with the company for up to fifteen years who are on the H2B visa program to supplement our American workforce during our seasonal upswing. They have been a critical part of our ability to service our customers with consistency and have filled in where we have not been able to recruit enough local talent. As part of this program, we have proven our efforts to go beyond the norm to prioritize and hire locally. There are significant requirements which we comply with fully and go beyond to participate in this program. Your last check was provided to you on time at the regularly scheduled time for check delivery. It is unfortunate how you feel and that you resorted to intimidation to many staff members to try to receive your final check ahead of schedule.
