I highly  recommend  Ryan's for  all your  landscaping, and yard care.   A very professional, and knowledgeable  staff to  work  with.  I had  a several different  yard projects, and  in each area the staff  were  highly  trained , and  kept  me  informed  with updates  beyond my expectations!!     Excellent  service! Very professional job completed pruning our large tree. They trimmed it to half the size to allow for better growth perfected its shape and to us it looks great. What a wonderful company.
They did a great job clearing trees, vines, and overgrown brush, even pulled out the old barbed wire fence that was hidden in there.
Then, my husband passed away unexpectedly,  and they worked with me on paying my last installment.
Very caring. I would highly recommend them.

Just used Ryan today to upgrade my irrigation system. Kevin was professional, friendly, punctual and provided a high quality outcome. We had called two other sprinkler companies about a zone that wasn't working.  The first one was out a few times (after not doing it right the first time) and they kept saying 'We didn't put the sprinklers in' when they couldn't figure it out.  I didn't either!  I just need it fixed!  They said they must have capped it for that zone.  Nobody is going to cap a zone when there's landscaping there.  Called a second one, and they were better, but couldn't figure it out either.  The guy who was out spent a lot of time looking for another valve but couldn't find one.  They said they could put in another zone for about $1600.  when we called them back, the price went up to about $2200.  We had called Ryan Lawn & Tree about seeding and lawn applications and asked about sprinklers.  They said they do have people that do that, and they came out the next day and found the other controllers.  Apparently when the previous owner had a pet fence installed, they cut the lines and didn't fix it right.  The boxes were covered up completely.  It took a little more effort, but Ryan Lawn & Tree found the boxes and fixed them for a fraction of putting in a new zone.  Some people might be offended by this:  They are not  your average Ozarks company, they will do it right the first time and not give up.

When we bought our home our new sod had army worms. The company that installed our sod knew it and did nothing about it. I called and called but they would never call back. Finally coming to my door to tell me I did not have them. After I showed him pictures of the worms on my patio he finally said ok you got them. He didn't care my lawn was dying and said your lawn is not guaranteed. After I told him I don't deal well with liars I asked him to leave. I googled lawn care service called several and Ryan's was the only one that called me back.  Cat came out and analyzed my lawn and was very understanding how I was feeling. He assured me with treatment he could save my lawn. He told me that I didn't have much time for treatment because my lawn would be pretty much dead soon. From what I heard about army worms I agreed and said please as so as you can. They came the next day and I was so greatful how quickly they were to respond. From that day forward I am a loyal customer and will be forever. They have never disappointed me in any of the services I have contacted them about. Each and every service technician that comes to the house is polite and give you the utmost respect during there visit. Thank you for all the people that I have been privileged to meet from Ryan's. This company is above all the rest in my book.

We have used Ryan's services for many years and this spring had a number of our trees trimmed and thinned.  Would recommend them for any of your yard maintenance.

This year Ryan Lawn installed an irrigation system in my yard before installing sod. My initial visit from my salesperson, Ryan, was very positive. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Apparently Ryan did not take any notes about our conversation about the work to be completed. Months later, the irrigation system was installed and the crew came out to install the sod. To no fault of their own, they had no instructions as to the details of the work to be completed. Ryan had severely underestimated the amount of sod needed for my yard, meaning the crew could not install sod on a small strip of my neighbor's yard as I had requested and agreed to pay for. It seems like there wasn't even enough sod to cover my entire yard; some of the sod installed was already dead and two months later still has very noticeable dead brown spots. When I asked about sod for my neighbor's yard, the head of the install crew acted like there was no way he could order more sod to complete the project. When I paid my bill I asked to speak to someone about my negative experience and was assured a manager would call me back; they did not contact me to remedy the situation. This was really a mixed experience and I expected better from such a well reviewed company. I would not recommend Ryan Lawn.

Pros: everyone was very friendly, clean cut, and it's easy to pay your bill online
Cons: poor communication between the many departments of Ryan Lawn and long wait times for installs
