I usually go to the Naperville location because I live in Aurora but after my experience here, I think I might have to make the drive. First time going to this Elgin RUSSO location and all I have to say is, "Awesome Customer Service". I came in to ask about a used grass catcher I had recently bought from someone, wondering if it would fit my machine. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman (Did not get his name) to the right in a desk. Even though he was with a customer, he greeted me and said "I will be right with you". Not even 10 seconds after, JONATHAN greeted me and immediately offered assistance. Jonathan was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and even though I bombarded him with questions, he kept answering them unbiasedly and I felt his sincerity. Overall, very professional young man. While looking at fertilizer, another gentleman offered assistance by the name of MATT. Matt was also very professional and honest. We had a short conversation about the area where I currently live. It was cool that he was familiar with the area. Matt also answered tons of my questions. I felt welcomed at this location. The young lady at the register with curly hair was also very nice! Keep doing what you're doing fellas, I noticed! Thank you and I will see you soon.

Ordered a motor thru Russo. Was not correct. Never opened. Returned next day. Charged me 15 percent restock fee. Poor customer service.

Hi Steven, I'm sorry you feel this way. We do have an across the board 15% restocking fee to cover the inconvenience of moving around parts and equipment. However, if the motor was incorrect because of an error we made (aka we supplied you with a different part than you ordered), we'd love the opportunity to discuss the situation with you and make it right. What a wonderful experience I have every time I go. The staff is always eager to help and that is hard to find lately. Even with their masks on you can tell they are smiling. Last time I was in they mentioned that if I every need anything they have free deliveries to my area on Wednesdays. So I thought I will give it a try and I’m so glad I did. From ordering on the phone with Johnny to the follow up call on the delivery time it was amazing. I highly recommend this service and how they go the extra mile. Great job Russo and staff!!
