  Wish I could have given ZERO STARS. Made appointment around noon on Sunday. By noon Monday, nobody showed. When I contacted customer support. The person on the other end did not offer an ETA or if say if my appointment was still pending. All they offered to do was cancel my appointment, which is exactly what I did. Keeping an eye on my credit card to make sure they don't post charges. What a JOKE!

  Superior customer service. Reliable. They did the job quick and no fuss. Did not try to up sell or pull any strings. Highly recommended as most lawn care companies try to lock you in to a long contract. These guys from The Plowz & Mowz down in Elgin are different! Recommended!

  Can’t say how pleased I am with their response time and service! Reasonably priced, polite and courteous service! I would use them again. Having been down with the flu during the snow storm, these guys saved me!
