The owner and staff are very kind. They have the parts for my older snow blower that the big box stores don't have.

Absolutely wonderful service. They were very accommodating and helpful. Especially Ryan and Kyle who lifted the machine In and out of the car for me. They were surprisingly quick with the repairs and quite reasonable.
This is the type of top rate service that you rarely find these days.

I like to do as much as I can myself so at the midway point of summer I decided to take the blades off my mower and bring them to my favorite small engine service conveniently located very close to my house.  I thought it was an easy enough job so I just did.  I should have watched a video on you tube so it wouldn’t have taken off a bolt that they specifically said not to take off.  As RPM informed me later it was a “no harm no foul” deal with the bolt but I should have paid attention on how the blades were attached to the mower.

Quickly, RPM sharpened my blades and got them back to me...at an excellent price!  I incorrectly and put back on and started mowing.  I knew something was wrong immediately because of the bad cut but couldn’t figure out what was wrong.  Finally watching a video I found out I messed with a bolt I should of and brought to RPM to ask them to fix.

I arrived and a friendly guy came out to see that I was describing as the problem.  He immediately checked the bolt I was talking about, adjusted and said that wasn’t the problem.  Right away he noticed the true problem—I put the blades on up-side-down!  He went to the shop, got a driver, and repaired on the spot!

I asked what the bill was and he said “no charge!”  What a deal and great service!

I 100% recommend RPM SMALL ENGINE!
