WARNING WARNING WARNING Dale Carbon is a lowlife theif! Stole $1,150 from my 19 year old son who is on ssi! Paid $575 rent, $575 security deposit. My son tore out old carpet and painted at Dale's request with promise to pay! After 8 days when done...kicked him out and told him to prove it after going in rental and taking the signed rental agreement!
