  I worked there for a time and it's a great place to work for. Everyone there is professional and attentive to their job. Customers love the spray technicians because they take their time and interact with them giving detailed explanations. While I worked there one customer told me quote "You guys are great! I don't just feel like another number with you. Thank you."

  One of their employees knocked over several desert rose planters breaking one very expensive pot. They tried to hide it by putting them back on the stand. I reached out, sent pictures and never received a call back. I never even got an apology or admittance that they were responsible for the damage. I would never allow them back on my property. Finally talked to Jason at RGL who was apologized for his employee causing the damage after my original posting which was weeks after the incident. It is nice to hear someone take responsibility for situation. They waived the service fee and were willing to do more. I respect their approach to make a customer satisfied. I will consider working with them in the future.
