Native Green responded within one day of my request for additional service. I just had Katie remove wasp nests from my home. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and offered to return whenever I have any issues.
I’ve used Native Green for 7 years and wouldn’t think of using anyone else. Would recommend them to anyone.

We are a big roofing company in the state of Florida and we were renting a house up in Vero Beach. Unfortunately, we had some bad beg bugs and I immediately called Native Green and was in contact with Jake. He was phenomenal, he went out there as possible (worked around our schedule) and by the following week he had already done the first treatment. Jake was very honest with me from the beginning to the end and I greatly appreciate it. He was in communication with me and an associate the entire time. I highly recommend this company for any bug needs!

I have used this company for a few years now and would recommend them highly.

Once I discovered I probably had rats, I called David of Native Green to get de-ratted. Someone came out the same day and confirmed that I did indeed have them in my attic and set up an appt to come out and set traps.

Thus far, they have done everything as promised and I have no complaints

I recommended this company before but failed to wait long term to see results. Do not use this company. After over a year of having them treat my palm trees for nutrient deficiencies, I have lost a royal, the rest are in bad shape and my shrubs are full of fungus. They use cheap fertilizer full of filler and charged me for services never delivered. When I questioned this, their explanation is that I was on the low quality nutrient program and had to pay extra for the good quality stuff.  I guess I missed the "we use low quality product" when I signed up.

Hi Paula, I understand your frustration but you were on our ornamental fertilization program. It is not a low quality nutrient program, it is just designed specifically for ornamentals versus palm trees. I can assure you we do not use cheap fertilizer. I can send you our ornamental fertilizer label that indicates it is not full of fillers. When we started service with you a little over a year ago, you had just purchased your home and the landscape was in very poor condition especially the palm tree you are referring to. It had an extreme micro-nutrient deficiency. We do have a palm tree fertilization program that includes University of Florida palm fertilizer geared towards treating macro-nutrient deficiencies. Unfortunately yes, you would have to pay additional for this program but we decided that we would include a micro-nutrient fertilizer for your palms with your ornamental program instead of putting you on a palm tree program for macro-nutrients. We explained that one year of service would not correct years of damage, if at all.  We are sorry your experience with us did not meet your expectations as we strive for quality in all aspects.
