  I’ve used Ross Pest and Lawn for over 6 years now and Fred has always been prompt, personable, and professional in taking care of the quarterly services for my home. He makes sure to address any issues that may come up, often going above and beyond to ensure my home stays bug free. The front office staff is also very accommodating to schedules and always work quickly to get me scheduled at a convenient time. I would highly recommend Ross Pest Control!

  Everyone at Ross (shoutout to Fred!) has always been so kind and professional. They are really flexible and don't force you into a service schedule; you just call when you do need service. They have called me a couple months after a service just to check in and see if I need service, and usually by that point, I have already thought that I needed to call them. Outside of that, when I do call, they have been able to fit me into their schedule really quickly, usually next day. I've never felt pressure to buy or feel that they are selling me services I don't need. Great experience overall!

  I've had Ross Pest and Lawn provide pest control at my house for around 3 years now and I am thrilled with the quality of their service. I've had several different technicians come by, all all have been great. Most recently has been Fred, who is very friendly and professional. I feel safe and confident with this company.
