Thank you for the great service today.  I had 2 large oak trees that were overhanging my house. I had these gentlemen take down 6 trees on my property including 3 directly adjacent to the house.  One tree was over hanging my roof.  They took down all trees safely and without damage to my house.  They showed up on time (planned ETA was 0815 they were on site at 0812) did all agreed work and left the site clean.   All crew were friendly and showed utmost courtesy.  I'm very pleased with their service and will use them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family. We had some significant tree branches fall on our house a few days ago, lost power and had damage and need it cleared off asap to get the electricians and Oncor on site to get power back on, gave these guys a call and they were at our house in less than an hour, absolutely professional and went the extra mile, even cleaned off our roof for no charge, they were they for us when we were in a bind, very happy with their service

Had a large tree in the back corner of the yard that was struck by lightening.  I called Rodriquez and they came out immediately to assess damage and give an estimate.  They said it was safe and would come back the next day to begin work.   The tree was at the back corner behind the garage and  house  which is located in the Azalea District  with no access to get equipment in.  They parked their equipment in the front drive and had to drag and dolly the large pieces of tree from the back yard to the front to dispose of in their equipment.  They worked all day and came back the next morning. They did an amazing job taking down this huge tree and cleaning up the area.  All of the men were  courteous and professional.   The price they quoted was very reasonable considering the lack of access to the back yard.

We had a huge tree that had to come down and it was nothing short of amazing to watch them take it down. They also trimmed up several trees w low hanging limbs and a really large palm for me, which I greatly appreciated. I called 3 tree removal companies in the Tyler area, and Rodriguez Tree Service was the only one to respond. Jesús came out the next day to give us an estimate on trimming some hard to reach broken branches. He was very professional, and was able to spot more broken branches that we would have never seen. Less than a week later the guys were here first thing in the morning. They were able to cut the branches that were hanging over our power lines without damaging anything, they cleaned up all the branches, and even blew all the leaves off the roofs, driveways and porches. One of the most amazing examples of quality work and exemplary customer service I have ever witnessed. Rodriguez Tree Service removed a pecan tree that was entirely too close to the back of the house I recently purchased, as well as a sweet gum tree behind my shed that had been overtaken by these monster vines that seem to grow out of control up here in ETX. He gave me an estimate of $2100 to take both of them down to the ground and grind the stump down on the pecan tree as I didn't want it left there as a trip hazard, given its location directly behind the house, as we typically walk down that path at night en route to the fire pit.

Now, that's what we had agreed on in the initial estimate. Jesus went above and beyond that, as he ground down the sweet gum stump and several protruding roots around the backyard that were never even discussed in the original estimate. All of the additional work performed for the original price of $2100. The Rodriguez family genuinely cares about the customer's satisfaction and asked me several times if the work was meeting my expectations and was to my full satisfaction.

Both trees had obviously been there for many years as they were pretty large. Except for a little sawdust on the ground, you'd never know either tree was ever there! They even swept the sawdust off of my roof and carport! Absolutely exceptional service and I will use Rodriguez Tree Service Tyler again in the near future as I still have quite a bit of overgrowth near my cattle tank that needs to be cleaned up and cleared out.

We just hired them in October for a difficult tree job and they were amazing! Hard working and very reasonably priced. We had two other companies come out but these guys are way better for sure! They cleaned up very well and did a lot of little extra things to make the job perfect. We plan to have them come back this winter. Rodriguez tree service is exceptional in every respect!   The gentlemen that came to my home were very respectful and performed the work like true professionals.    They have all the heavy duty equipment to do the job safely (for them AND my home) and with great attention to details.   I considered my job as quite difficult due to the proximity to my home and my neighbor's, but, they performed the task to perfection.   Also, I was most impressed with their attention to detail when it came to cleanup......they left the area in pristine condition.

These guys were quick to come look aT my job and give us a bid. Had other bids that were a thousand $ 1000 higher. They have the proper equipment and experience to to do the job. They showed on the job when they told us they would. They did a great job on a very large and old oak tree that was over our house.  This tree was 6 to 7 ft diameter at base. They all have great personalities and know how to do the difficult tree job in a safe manner.  Cleaned debris and use a monster chipper to dispose of limbs. Professional service! The Rodriguez team recently removed a giant pine from my front yard which was next to a power pole and leaning out over the street and over the power lines. They arrive at 8 am when promised, and were gone by 2 pm...didn't even break for lunch. My yard was left in perfect, clean condition. They made a difficult and dangerous job look easy. A+ service!

I live on 10 acres that are heavily wooded and have trees that need to be taken down on a regular basis. As I get older, I need a reliable company to take care of my tree removal. Heard good things about this company and saw the good reviews. Gave them a call and it took several days before he called and agreed upon a time to come out. The day he was to come out, he called and wanted to know how many estimates I was obtaining. I told him he was the only one I had called but I wanted to get at least another price to make sure I was not being hosed. He told me he was not interested in coming out and giving me an estimate and not doing the job.
WHAT? Bad move, as whomever I select will be doing a LOT of tree removal for me, but not this company.

They came and raised the canopy on the large trees in our front yard, they are so professional, they did a beautiful job and were very conscientious about picking up any branches and leaves. Did a great job. Better than expected. Cleaned up & hardly a trace that they were even here! Removed three trees, 2 had broken off & one fell over, and did the stump grinding. The pine was over 60 feet tall & the 2 sweet gum were almost as tall. Recomend them highly!!

Submitted online request, no response. Sent a text, no response. Called the phone, no answer no voicemail set up. Got a call back and set up and appointment, no show on the appointment and no call back. Terrible customer service, will not be using these people.

Very professional at a fair price. It's been a while since I've felt that got what i paid for so to speak. I was really impressed watching them work. Every detail was covered including sweeping saw dust from the curb and gutter. They even raked the lawn. Left no trace that they were there except the trees looked great. Even got a mistletoe from a branch at the very top of a large oak. After they had put there equipment  up he noticed a small piece that he had missed I didn't see it but he got back what he needed to get it and got it. Highly recommended, insured also.

Fast response from Higino & Jesus on delivering an estimate. They arrived when they said they would & did a great job trimming 9 trees (three very large). During my final walkthrough at the end of the job, Higino noticed a hanging limb (on a tree that wasn’t discussed in the initial bid) and unloaded his saw, ropes, and climbing gear and removed the limb for no additional charge! This guy is very talented @ what he does. They also did an excellent cleanup and raking. I will definitely call Rodriguez Tree Service again

Very professional and very fast. It took less than an hour to cut my weeping willow down, mulch it up and grind the stump, and the tree was 20 foot. They cleaned up where you couldn't tell I had a tree before. Very reasonable on pricing, also. Thanks a bunch!!!!

Great prices. Always willing to work with you. They clean up afterwards and haul everything off. I've had them trim once before and am about to have them help with another. There is no job too big or small for them. They bring their own equipment and never ask for money before. Only after you are satisfied with it.
