  Great local repair shop that still has that small town community feel that Fairbanks used to have. They work on many small engines of all types and carry parts. They had a riding mower battery when All those box stores did not. Thank you!

  Counter people don't care if they help you or not. People at the counter do not have the automotive knowledge they need to be helpful. Tried to warranty a tool and was told that since they only sell that tool in a set know they could not replace my broken one. I'm not sure what good advertising a lifetime replacement on your tools does if you won't honor it. NAPA will be sears in 10 years or less if this is what they are going to do.
