Great consistent service and they close the gate behind themselves every time.  As someone who let's their dog out into the backyard I appreciate not having to chase her through the neighborhood because the lawn service left the gate open.

I called and left Rob a message today about a problem that occurred while his guys were mowing my neighbor's lawn. I received a call back from him apologizing for what happened and he offered to take care of it.  He was sincere and professional. I was very impressed! If we ever need lawn care service, I will definitely consider them! Customer service seems fabulous and my neighbor's lawn always looks great!

Very thorough, especially his leaf removal. Quick to respond to needs, honest, and competitively priced. I can't recommend Rob enough!!  He does more than just mowing too!

I’ve been a customer for three years, and while I have not had any complaints about the service my lawn is receiving, I have a variety of complaints with regard to customer service and communicativity. When I call and say I need to change the debit card for my billing, no one answers the phone and I leave a message. It takes nearly a week to hear back, and they exclusively do business through Mail. Rob‘s wife told me it was my fault that I wasn’t using their website and I hadn’t signed up with an account. When I became a customer, this company did not have a website and you could not pay online. I received no communication that paying online was an option, and I kept receiving paper invoices month after month where I’m supposed to mail a check. When I called to discuss a bill that had gone late because of a debit card issue, Rob‘s wife accuse me of yelling at her when I had her on speakerphone and she told me that she was recording this call. There were many times during this interaction that Rob‘s wife was disrespectful, interrupted me, and when I tried to cancel service, she told me that her husband wouldn’t be back to my house anyway. This company is unprofessional and communicates important news very poorly. I was told directly that it was my fault that I hadn’t been paying my bill online.
