I purchased a new Hustler 72” Super-Z from Riggs 4 years ago. I had not done business with them before. Don, the manager made me a good deal. I am very pleased with all aspects of the mower. Comfort, power and reliability. I have always experienced a quick turn around time when the mower is picked up, serviced and delivered back to my property.Management, customer service and parts staff and always polite, helpful and respectful. They are dedicated to give you the best product and service possible. They earn a 5 star review.

My Stihl backpack leaf blower was not working...right in the middle of leaf season! I took it in to Riggs, and Barry fixed it for a nominal charge while I waited. He was very helpful by explaining what was wrong and how to prevent the problem in the future. I highly recommend this business.

I purchased a light weight chain saw today and was pleasantly suprised by the exceptional customer service I recieved by Barry. He opened up the box and took it out and showed me how to handle it, how to take care of it, lubricate it, and charge up its batteries. Riggs Outdoor Power Equipment: The staff is very knowledgeable on the products and they are friendly. I just purchased a new Raptor XL lawn mower and Barry walked me thru the likes and dislikes of this new mower. Now that I have it and been using for the past 2 months, this mower out performs my John Deere 20:1.  I have been using John Deere lawn tractors for the past 40 years and I'm blown away with the difference of the cut with my new Raptor XL vs the John Deere. I can say that I'm OCD when it comes to a lot of things in my life and my lawn is one of those areas that I'm over the top. I must have straight lines and my lawn  must look professional at all times.  This new mower puts me at the top of PROFESSIONAL.  I can't say enough about this new mower and its performance.  I also can't say enough about Barry and the staff at Rigg's. I have also taken my Stihl equipment if for routine service and had exceptional service from the service department.  I know that I will also get this same service for my maintenance and upkeep on my new mower.   I will be back for more products from their store here in Lafayette.

Small mobile mechanic here and needed some parts for a chainsaw. Called and was told they had parts in stock. Drove to location and arrived not only at closing but their systems had just gone down. Buck , without hesitation, stayed and helped us get our parts and more. Awesome customer service,  10 out of 10!

Overall great experience.  Knew that I wanted a zero turn mower, but even more, I wanted to get a high volume retailer's perspective on brands, models, and features.  Got that - plus what looks to be a great mower!  Told them what I was looking to spend and shown what I was seeking.
Provided a lot of practical guidance with respect to assessing value and making a good decision for my needs.  Really like their focus on existing customers ("They go to the head of the line") and $99 annual/winter pickup/service/delivery special for those who purchase from them.

Mark you just about encapsulated what we shoot for every time with customers and thanks for the review.  We know we are not perfect and sometimes especially this time of year we are not always able to spend the amount of time with every customer as we would like but we do our best given any circumstance.
