  Genuinely great people to work with! They usually go the extra mile to help you out. Very knowledgeable! Their software, however, usually has a lot of hiccups, doesn't do what it is supposed to do sometimes, or techs are so busy that only half of your stuff gets set up (my AMA) and your left trying to figure out what to do (sometimes the techs don't even know what to do)! Think they just need alot more help. Hopefully with the merger, this will happen.

  I've been a RG customer since 2008, I lived through all the changes but this is awful. I worked in Corporate for a number of years and was part of a buy out and I've seen this before and I see my friends still going through it. WorkWave is following this model on buy outs, which is to fire 50% of the employees and work the rest to death. Unfortunately for us the customer, the ones who knew what was going on were paid more so they are the first to go. This action by WorkWave is to pay for the buyout, but it also Jacks up the customer with bad service. I'm looking for another company now as their poor service mistakes and over billing have cost us $1,000's. Watch your installments system does not pickup when customer aren't being charged anymore.

  This company has gone downhill in the last couple of years. I cannot ever get a phone call returned during my work day. VERY BAD service. The techs are always very helpful when I do get a call back
