Spectacular customer service. Had problem with a Stihl chain saw I bought from another store close by. The store that sold me the chain saw would not answer the phone for 40 minutes on Saturday morning. My project was apparently going on to "hold" for the weekend. East Coast said to bring it in. They checked it out, fixed the improperly installed (by the other store, gave me a quick lesson on all I needed to know about the saw (Brxxdys never showed me a thing when I bought it), and sent me on the way with a smile and no charge. The company was bought out and will change it's name soon but the people will remain. If you need Stihl equipment, or repairs, this is the place to go.

Shows on internet that they are dealer for a product. When speaking to Ken he has no reference, does not want to know model number to check it out, can't help if you do not have part number, has to be ordered beceause he has no stock, and con't wait to help the next person. I guess I am not going to lease my next piece of equipment from them.
