  People and companies make mistakes. It's just a thing that happens. It's how that own up to the mistakes and make it right. After 2 years of hard work on my yard we had finallly got it looking good, then our turf guys Pro Turf Landscape Management accidentally sprayed the wrong chemical on it killing it almost instantly They called me, told me what they did and said they would fix it, no questions asked. And that they would pay the irrigation bill for the first few months. Today they came and laid new fescue sod! And it looks great! That's how it's done! This company gets 5 stars from me and will continue to get my recommendatioon! Accidents happen. After all, we are just human.

  I have been with ProTurf from the start of the company. I have had excellent service. The management staff that have been on my property have managed their crew to make my lawn look its best. They do a full service for me including prunning and fertilation. I would recommend them highly.

  I am a new customer. I’ve done my own lawn care for four years. Although, it’s time consuming, my yard is a weed free green carpet. On my own I applied pre emergent, post emergent, fertilizer and post emergent products whenever necessary. It was very time consuming. This year I decided to try ProTurf because as stated, although my yard looked great, doing the applications myself was very time consuming. I liked that ProTurf stated that if I needed an extra application or service call, that is included in the yearly plan. It’s early in the year almost April. I realize that the spring has just started, but my weeds are out of control. Weeds everywhere. I’ve called ProTurf and asked for a service call/post emergent application. I called on 3 separate occasions. I just wanted to get the weeds under control and I know that it is going to take more than one application. I was basically told to just relax and they would apply a post emergent in June/July!!! My yard is going to look awful. Now I have to go and not only purchase my own weed killer and apply it myself but Ive already paid them for the full year. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Overall, I can’t say exactly how effective their products Are.........but their responsiveness and willingness to do a service call is non existent.
