Landscaping I would give 5 stars as they were prompt and very professional making sure we liked everything before they were done. Their landscaping job actually surprised me on how great it turned out. On the other hand, hydro seeding lawn care I am giving them a one star. After countless hours of watering the grass, our grass is still very patchy and seems like they did a terrible job in spraying our grass. I don't know if they use cheap seeds or what it is. After multiple attempts in reaching out to someone to have them come back out and look at our grass, they finally agreed to come out and "touch up" their work weeks after no response from them. It has been over a week and our grass looks the same as if they barely sprayed anything. My nieghbors got their lawn sprayed two days after we got ours done. Their grass is pure green. Most of our neighborhood went through a different company and they reseeded their grass multiple times until the home owner was satisfied for free. They will tell you that your grass didnt grow as you expected because you didnt get underground sprinklers installed which is lie. PRO MOW WANTS TO CHARGE HALF THE CONTRACT PRICE TO RESEED. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW. Very very disappointed in their work. STAY AWAY.

Ahmad, Thank you so much for your review. We value the opinion of our customers, and see every job has an opportunity to grow. We’re so pleased that your expectations were exceeded on your landscaping, but also acknowledge your dissatisfaction with your hydro-seeding experience. You are correct in that we always recommend installing irrigation when hydro-seeding a new lawn, as nothing is more important in growing grass seed than watering the perfect amount on a regular basis. New grass seed requires watering for 15 minutes, three times daily for at least three to four weeks. Unfortunately, as you found, it’s really not just a set it and forget it process as it's just as important that areas do not get over-watered or start to puddle as it is to prevent any areas from drying out. Ideally, an irrigation system would monitor each zone’s conditions, and turn on and off when appropriate. I see that your account manager did communicate these things to you, and subsequently quoted you to include irrigation in your project, but you elected to try installing the lawn without. As noted in your signed contract, in the detailed post-application care instructions you received (https://www.promowlandscape.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/Care-Instructions-PDF-Hydro-Seed-Plants-and-Irrigation-2019.pdf) and on our website (https://www.promowlandscape.com/landscaping/lawn-hydroseeding/), once a lawn is seeded, it is your responsibility to provide the proper care and maintenance. Pro-Mow cannot guarantee the results of your lawn because of the care you provide as well as weather conditions that are beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for acts of nature that cause damage to your lawn, but we will re-apply any areas for half of the contracted price. However, I do see that your account manager did try to make things right and reseeded your lawn, free of charge (a $1,070 value that is above and beyond what was agreed upon in your contract). Again, we truly are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your result. It was our intent to equip you for success from the start. We do thank you for your detailed review, and see it as an opportunity for us to improve our process for future clients.

Alex came out to help with winterization of our sprinkler system. He was very nice and worked professionally and was extremely fast. I definitely will be using them for future lawn/irrigation services.

Hired them in 2020. They did an AMAMZING JOB. However, this year I was told “I was Mis quoted last year and my rate will triple+ this year.” I can understand inflation! I don’t understand why there isn’t a happy middle for your “valued” customers. You don’t hike someone that much with no warning. I will be looking elsewhere this year.

Hi Saisha, I am sorry that you are not feeling valued. We certainly appreciate that you trusted us to come back and complete your fall clean up again this year. Your sales representative was waiting on a call back from you to discuss further. But please know that last year you paid much less then our current minimum and it does not cover our costs - especially with today's difficulties with retaining good employees. Our schedule is full for this season but we had a spot held for you as a renewal, if you haven't found another company to do it for your price please let us know in the next couple of days. Thank you for your feedback and I do whole heartedly apologize that there was a significant price increase. I am told that you were kind over the phone to our staff and that is valued more than you know!
