  These guys were great! They were contracted through the apartment we live at to sheetrock a hole in our ceiling from some previous maintenance work we had done. They were so nice & friendly, they made sure to cover all of our stuff/floors to protect it, and their quality of work looked amazing! You couldn't even tell the sheetrock had been patched! After they left, they also made sure everything was perfect and clean which we really appreciated. (They even sweetly offered to take out some boxes for us we were going to run out to the trash just being nice) Thanks guys for doing such a great job and being so great to work with! We really appreciated all your hard work!

  They cut the lawn at my apt complex and I can tell you they don’t care one bit about the property, cars, or anything in between. They weed eat the rocks and few weeds right by my car and have flung dirt, grass, rock, and no telling what else on my car all the time. I’ve asked multiple times to not do that but the exact same guy does it every time until I go out and yell for him to stop. These people are disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and honestly just @ssholes. Avoid this company at all cost!!!

  Premium Cuts has been the lawn care vendor at my apartment for the last couple of years. They seem a little careless with their job and they are quite loud and disruptive to the apartment community IMO. They run loud, noisy equipment almost every weekday and they blow leaves and debris all over the place. Leaves, acorns, and other debris get blown onto our patio, up against our garage door, and onto our parked car. I'm not sure they even sweep up the piles of leaves afterward to be honest. I rarely, if ever, see them use a broom or a rake. Again, this is very noisy and ineffective IMO so I felt compelled to write this review.
