They have been professional, receptive, prompt & accommodating from the get go! Highly recommend! I am going on a year in a few months and I am so happy with the service. I have two small dogs so as few chemicals as possible are important. Chem Free techs remember this and are amazing. No live pests in the house since I started the service, especially no scorpions! Rodney Guerra has been our consistent service tech & he is really wonderful. I will use Chem Free always.

This company has been so great. When I moved into my new rental home, there were roaches in the house. I was concerned about it being "organic" and not doing the job quick enough. They came out quickly and even more times than they were scheduled and I have not seen a roach in five months. More recently, a dead rat was found in my outdoor wash room. When I called on a Saturday, the girl who answered the phone told me that they would send someone asap and even remove it for me. She was very professional and sweet. This company is always quick to respond, someone always answers the phone and the people that have serviced my home have always seemed to care about what they do. Michael Kiefer, Juan and Riley have done such a great job when they come to my home. Riley even went out of his way to let me know of some other issues around the home that don't involve him. I definitely would recommend this company.

Great service and people to work with. Very professional and thorough. Always courteous and on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you are sensitive to any type of chemicals. The alternative to harsh chemicals is why I use this company.
