  We hired Precision to build out a fireplace, arbor and string lights in our backyard. We provided Eric some designs that we liked and he came back with several options. We ended up going with an approach we had not considered. The team was great, on time (even early) every day. Communication was great. We have lived in Fort Collins for almost three years and hired over 10 contractors. Precision and one other are the only two I would recommend, and for Precision, I would not hesitate.

  Precision and Landscape Maintenance is by far a top notch company when it comes to landscaping. We used them last year to do landscaping in our backyard, the work and ideas they had to make our yard beautiful was amazing. Eric Johnson the owner is the easiest person to work with, the most professional owner I have had the pleasure to work with. All of his crews at our house were professional, hard working and truly cared about their work. We then hired them again just this summer to another gigantic job in our front yard, side of the house and Gazebo area. The pure beauty of the work they did is amazing, all the grass/trees/lighting is breath taking. I highly recommend any homeowner or commercial construction company to hire them. Their pricing scale is perfect, customer service is top notch, crews are fantastic and the owner is professional and down to earth. You cannot go wrong with Precision Landscape and Maintenance.

  The work done at Aspen Leaf this summer has been far from precise. I have called to voice my concern and it went unreturned. They work too quickly without adjusting their equipment resulting in a wide variety of blade length. They will kill certain areas from cutting it too short and other areas are 7"-8" after the cut. They run over trash and leave it in the lawn afterwards. They will blow mulch out of gardens and leave the mulch and dead grass clippings in the lawn. They have mismanaged the sprinkler system. It will come on during the day and misses large parts of the lawn. Truly poor work
