  Novey's chipped my window while mowing in front of my home. I reported the chip the same day in early August and made several attempts to get resolution. In November the owner Paul Novey refused to back his service with this email: "I was the one mowing that area. I didn’t kick up a rock. I’m not assuming responsibility." Not only is this not true, unless Paul is 20ish (and he's not), it is a clear indication of his work ethic as well as his character. Happy to re-review if there is some indication that Paul Novey intends to back up his service with his warranty. So far... NOPE. Paul

  Used their service the spring of 2015 for a yard clean up (leaves, dead grass, broken branches...Etc). The kid that came out did a decent job but it definitely wasn't as thorough as I would have liked. Gave them a call again this spring for the same deal and Mr. Novey set up an appointment for me. Then I NEVER heard back from them. I originally called on April 1st and my appointment window was supposed to be in the 3 weeks following that. I called back May 1st and left a voicemail, called back May 6th and left a voicemail, called back 3 more times between May 6th and May 12th and they refused to answer or return my phone calls. Not sure why they decided to no show and then ignore a RETURNING customer, but needless to say I won't be using their services anymore.
