PRC had just the right equipment we needed for our home projects AND the staff is amazing.  Customer service at its best!!

BEWARE !!! Super rude guy working there who not only does not understand sarcasm but has the ability to go from nice guy to A$$hole in o.o6 seconds!!
If less than 1 star were possible they would get it. The woman working there super cool and helpful. If you can maintain interaction with her your experience will be superb IMO. However the dude working there he should be kept in the back room, not allowed to interact with customers.
You all just lost what would have been a loyal to local family owned business repeat customer new to the area, who will be sure to share his poor experience with everyone he can from now till the end of time.

100% positive experience.  All employees super friendly and great.  Called at the end of the day for a last minute need and was well taken care of.  Thank you

Rented a trencher, worked exactly like we were hoping.  Decent prices and lots of selections of things to rent.  Very nice people to work with.  Moose was a perfect greeter!

Been in a few times getting ideas of what equipment to use for certain projects. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I recently did one of my many projects and they were awesome to work with! I will be back for more advice and equipment in the future. Glad to have a local place to get equipment!

*** So I have just finished another project and rented more equipment from these wonderful people! I can’t express how great it is to have such an honorable company in our community. I had a few snags in my plans and schedule- They truly went above and beyond to help me get my project done. Please don’t hesitate to let them help you on your next project. You won’t be disappointed.

Edit. My first experience was terrible (see "Awful" below). But...i ended up going back several years later, just because of the convenience factor of them being close, and figured I'd give them a try again. Substantially different experience. All employees were courteous, helpful, and nice. I would use them again, if I were in a pinch.

First experience: Awful customer service experience. The owner answered the phone, almost immediately insulted me over something that he completely misunderstood that I was talking about, then tried to tell me how all he wants to do is save me money. He talked over me, became downright hateful when I called back to talk about my experience with him on the phone. I'm amazed that with his attitude that he actually does business with DIY'ers. If you aren't already an expert and well versed in exactly what you need and exactly how to do everything you need to do, then prepare to be insulted and belittled. Unbelievable attitude from a business owner with everything to lose by insulting a potential customer.

Second experience - much better customer service, overall.

What a great business!  Jim, Mike and Michelle are wonderful people to do business with.  They give personal service and take the time to ensure you are comfortable with operating the equipment effectively and safely!  I have rented some large pieces of equipment lately.  Issues have been resolved immediately either over the phone or by coming out right away.  I have rented equipment previously at Home Depot.  They are nice folks too but aren't in a position to give lots of personal customer service or do overnight or 1/2 day rentals on all equipment.  I will continue to support local and small business like this one!  You can't go wrong!

Rented a fence pole auger to do 18 holes worked like a beast, the staff there were friendly and informative, they even took me back to show me the different types they had and helped me pick the right one for the job. The chocolate lab in the office is such an awesome dog too.

My husband has had nothing but great experiences with this business. We have rented a trailer, pressure washer, post hole digger, & trencher. They give great advice on equipment you might need for a specific project, & they always spend lots of time explaining how to use the equipment you are renting. We have been impressed with the selection and service!

Easy to work with and good weekend rates.
