  Personal Touch was an incredible company to work with for our complete renovation and expansion of the Hospice of Southern KY Geri Smith Memorial Garden. It was a large, time consuming project and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. A project like ours needed to right people to understand and respect the work that was being done and I can’t say enough positive things about the people at Personal Touch that had a hand in our project. We highly recommend them for any job, large or small.

  Unfortunately we did not have a good experience, we encountered several issues with this Landscaping company. We hired Personal Touch to do several things for us build a retaining wall around a existing patio, plant shrubs and rose bushes lay mulch, sod the back yard. We have a detailed review of our exsperience on BBB.

  Well despite what is said there is some truth and a lot isn't true here. Instances where i didn't respond to texts show in my call records that your texts were returned with a phone call. I'm seldomly sitting still so i do my best to not text and drive. Was spring horribly wet, of course one of the wettest we've had in a long time. We're the supplies I needed readily available..... No and you were given every opportunity to verify what I was telling you. The job up until we got to the dirt work went really smooth but after that i obviously cant control the weather. If the BBB would provide me with my login dates as I've requested I can prove that i never saw the review until weeks after we had finished you up.So us getting the dirt we'd been waiting on had nothing to do with Kelly's original review. I agree your back yard looks horrible but mine and Dan's last text said grass was coming up and i've heard nothing from either of you since. However the side yards where the same dirt, same seed, and same straw was used looks really nice........ only thing missing there is the dog traffic. So either you didn't maintain it like you were asked too or something outside of my control happened, but the side yards look nice. Your last conversation with Brian, Dan was thank you for getting it fixed its on you(Dan) to take care of it from there. Did the job go as planned.....nope....was it my fault the weather was horrible.....nope. Did we get the topsoil to you the first chance it was ready.......absolutely. I can actually put you in touch with the clients property we were working on when it did become available and I asked them if it would be ok if we took a day to get you wrapped up. Obviously they were fine with it since they had been waiting for the soil as well. I've apologized all I'm going too already but I will give you one last one. I am sorry that due to things outside my control that the job went as slow and poorly as it did. Sometimes these things happen and like always I do everything I can to make things go smoother and its fine that neither of you can accept that. So I wont bash anyone I have other things I can add to my defense and will if necessary,but I'd just assume let this one lay where it fell. I've spent 20 years in this business and for 20 years I have tried to go above and beyond for my clients and I did the same for you and you have the texts to prove it !
