  I had a five star experience dealing with Ricky and his crew. We called 3 other places did not get a call back. Ricky gave us a call right back. He was kind, humble, knowledgeable and responsive the whole way through. The work went smooth and his crew was experienced and hard working. There was a couple of times the crew worked till dark to just to keep the job on track. The finish product is outstanding and gives the house a WOW factor we were looking for. Thank you again to Ricky and Personal Touch for excellent execution of an exciting project for us. We will continue to charish it for years to come.

  My wife and I hired Personal Touch for a full on "wow factor" for our new home. Needless to say we were wowed! From the man made creek to the countless trees and shrubs to the several zones of irrigation to keep it all alive, we were very pleased. Casey made sure everything was on point and on time. His attention to detail and customer service is what Personal Touch was built on. Keith and Todd that headed up the irrigation and plumbing was top notch. Ricky O'Connell has one well oiled machine! Thanks to them all!

  Casey Brooks and his team transformed my request into a FANTASTIC backyard oasis! Before the transformation we NEVER spent anytime in the backyard! Now we spend 6 out of 7 days in the backyard enjoying the wonderful Zeon Zoysia Grass, hardscapes with stairs, basketball court, playground along with the lighting on the hardscapes that makes for a fabulous time in the evenings! Thank You Casey for you and your teams hard work!
