ETA: When I tried to cancel my service, I was told by the owner that it was too late because it was done. See pictures for what "done" looks like. Yard ornaments were thrown in my driveway and flowers in the back trampled. DO NOT USE PEORIA LAWN.. I actually don't know what services they performed because they were supposed to be at my house between 9am and 1pm and did not show. I would have been fine if they needed to schedule me for later in the day, but there was no attempt to contact me during the day. As on 2:40, no one had been to my home and I requested a cancellation of services. Almost 40 minutes later, I was told they were on their way to my house. When I called, to find out what was going on, the owner told me that there was no way I should have gotten a time frame in the first place (what?), time frames aren't set in stone, they tried to call me from personal cell phones (with unrecognizable numbers and no messages left, while I was at work - oh, and this lack of communication was my fault because I didn't pick up my cell phone while at my job when I could not answer my cell phone and wouldn't have picked up a number that looked like spam anyway), and that when people have problems with them it's because they just decide they don't want to pay for service. At no point was any attempt made to even take responsibility for lack of communication. I had an argument over the phone with a fellow adult about responsibility where every response he had was an excuse or a slightly less childish version of "I know you are but what am I?" I won't be paying for this "service" and don't recommend anyone else use it either. God forbid you have any problems - they don't care.

Never once told you in was done and/or finished, but we did stop as soon as we received your message. According to the Screen Shot YOU sent me from your phone, you were told that we would be there between 9am and 4pm today from our office staff and that you didn't need to be there. Now you claim to have gotten the 1st notification about your job being scheduled on Friday, but not the updated schedule after we had to readjust for rain the last 2 days. Today, you were sent an "On My Way" message in plenty of time for you to respond and cancel service if you wanted, but we didn't get notified till they drove all the way out there, and did about 50 minutes worth or work. Then we tried to text and call you to see what you wanted us to do since we were already almost an hour into the project, only to not get an answer or reply till later. By the time your responded, we had already packed up and left the job as was till we heard back from you. You simply said you weren't paying for anything so I kind of left it at that. You now have a lot less work to do, Enjoy!!!

The people at Peoria Lawn did phenomenal work! We needed a spring clean-up and it was a huge job. I wish we had reached out to them sooner, haha. Everyone was friendly and professional and I look forward to working with them for our future lawn care! Thank you guys for great service!

Peoria Lawn cleared my driveway after a heavy winter storm, they did a great job considering how busy they must have been after the recent blizzard. The only aspect of the job that I think they could improve on is how job request details are communicated to those on the job site. I had a specific request that wasn’t met, but it was something I could do myself in the end so wasn’t a big inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend them to others and am very thankful for their service.

Hi Abby, Sorry for such a late response, just trying to play catch up. Obviously we missed something during this service, but I will tell you we are looking into other software where our techs have to check off things they need to do at each location before they can move onto the next job.
