  Terrible customer service. We WERE (will not be anymore) customers. When I called to ask if they could plow our drive for the winter, I was told “no”. I understand you have it cut it off somewhere when you’re busy, but is there no loyalty to existing customers? They were already plowing the neighbors across the street (we were the ones who recommended them!!!!) and refused to add an extra 5 minutes to their route. Very disappointing.

  I appreciate that you understand that there is a cut off. You received information about our snow plowing service when you signed up for grass cutting at the beginning of May 2017. There were also periodic timely notices sent with your bill in early and mid fall. The cut off for snow service sign up was October 1, 2017. We accept late sign-up as long as there is room in our drivers schedule. You contacted us in mid December... two and a half months past the deadline. I'm sorry that you are disappointed.
