They destroyed an inground dog fence that I had just paid $800 to have installed. I specifically notified Nathan at Paradise that the dog fence had been installed and not to aerate the lawn and they still came and aerated and ruined the fence. Nathan stated that he forgot. They would not fix the damage, or cover the cost of the repair ($580), but did offer me $20 for the wire and told me that I should bury the new wire myself.
Response from the owner
When Joe mentioned this to our company we respectfully asked for two estimates. Joe did not get back to us for months and when he did he only had one estimate. Joe demanded we pay his estimate that was for an acre of land to be wired. His fence was less than 1000 square feet. When asked for a second estimate Joe said it was not worth it to him to go through the effort and he began to use threats. Our company is insured and insurance requires at minimum two estimates.
