  I hired NatureScape for a lawn aeration in September of 2021. They damaged my buried wire (which was marked with flags), and said they'd pay for repairs. I understand that mistakes happen, it's how we respond to them that matter. I submitted repair receipts in October 2021. It's now Dec 30, 2021 and I still haven't been reimbursed. I've called the EC office 4x and assured they'll "speak with their manager" (who can never join a call for some reason) and then get told the EC office is not authorized to reimburse me and that corporate will be sending the check. Except corporate clearly isn't. Lesson learned! Update: if you leave a one-star review here, they'll call you within an hour and fix everything. That really isn't the best outcome for them, but if you've waited two months with no resolution you know what to do!

  My turf hasn't looked this good and been this full in over a decade. Only 2 applications so far this spring and it looks amazing. I don't know what you guys use but it is the best weed control and even application I've ever had. No burn spots anymore from me doing Scott's applications from any of the three spreaders I've tried that jam up and dump out. I've tried 2 other companies and I've never had this great a result. Thank you!
