They ghosted me. As a repeat customer back in early March 2021, I approved an estimate for some landscaping and an additional paved walkway. It is now March 2022 and we have received ZERO communication initiated by them. Not a call, email, text, carrier pigeon, smoke signal - nothing. My wife called them 4 times over the past year. One time she was told Matt would call us back. One time we were told everything would be ready to go in 3-4 weeks max. A third time Matt's mom said everything was backordered, even though it was ready to go a few months earlier. We stopped calling in September. They did good work the first time in 2019. To completely ignore a customer though (and a repeat customer) is something I cannot comprehend.
