  Very nice customer service. A older man seen me looking around and was quick to ask if I needed help. He helped me find what I was looking for and offered to load it on a cart and take it out to my car. Place is nice, clean and organized. I enjoyed my experience here!

  They usually have everything in stock and are knowledgeable and helpful. I buy most of my gardening, fencing, and livestock supplies here. Prices are competitive with larger stores

  Very poor service for the Richmond store. We got a propane exchange from them and went to hook it up and it leaks so I went to take it back and they said nothing is wrong with it. We've spent thousands of dollars with them and they couldn't even give me another tank I'll be taking my business else were. I hope Rural King comes this way and puts them out of business.
