Was excited to pick up my new mower today, when I went in to give them the check. Got there with the check about a half hour earlier than we had talked about, because I was excited, only to find out it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be until tomorrow or possibly the day after. I took off work early so that everything on my end would be taken care of. He told me last week that he had to pick it up today and that he would be back with it by around noon or a little after, so he said let’s meet at 3 in case it has to be put together. Very disappointed I’m still waiting

Recently I've had to go here quite a bit lol. We bought our mower from here back in 2006 and we still use it today. Any problem I have or any part I need they help me figure out what it is and if they happen to not have it in stock they order it and have it within a few days. We've known Dennis for years, so if you stop in be sure to ask for him!

Worked on my tractor.  I was afraid it would be very costly, but the staff is awesome.  They picked it up & delivered it back.  Great repair prices!

Had them pick up my riding lawn  mower to check it out, it wouldnt start.   After 5 days I called them and they said they had not been able to get to it yet.   On the 12th day I went into the shop.  They still had not looked at it and the guy sitting there asked me what was wrong with it. Without looking at it all he said I needed a new carburetor.   He looked on his computer and told me there were only two in the U.S. and they ran 178 bucks.

I went home and did an online search and found not only the same carburetor but one that came with fuel lines, a fuel filter, shutoff valve and a spark plug  for 33 dollars.

Not impressed at all with this company and will not return.

They say one thing and do another. Very unprofessional.
