I had no problem getting the 2 four wheelers within a week. Ray was on it the whole time. Called me when he said. They are good people. I had a good experience . Would go back again. It didn't even bother my credit score that much

Make sure to do all your research before buying from this place! We purchased 2 of the "Bull" Kayo 4 wheelers in July of 2021. One of them has been in the shop more often than it's been ridden! The service manager "Josh" needs a lesson in customer service. He is condescending and talks down to his customers. He also proceeded to tell me he did my husband a favor by getting him an appointment the end of August instead of waiting until October. I think if you have that many of your products in your service center, that it takes that long for an appointment, obviously you are selling inferior products Or you need more qualified staff that are able to assemble the products. Once again...Please do your research before purchasing from Ochs Powersports. In response to your criticism, the weight limit for the units purchased. We were told, is 197 lbs. We are both well under that. Being that we are older, we didn't want anything more powerful and were told these were perfect for us. Rudeness is not always recorded!! The Rudeness was more in person and sometimes you get back what you deal out!!! You can be negative to the customer all you want in your reply, but it doesn't change the facts. You can put it together in one day for the sale, but couldn't service it for 30 days. Hmmmm.

Judy, were sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to notify you and stand up for ourselves a little though as most of the claims you have made are false after a thorough investigation into this matter. 1st we would like to make note, the units you and your husband bought are for children. Not full sized adults as mentioned when you purchased. Also, I have reviewed the phone calls between you guys and Josh. As I never suggest any employee to be rude to customers I don’t stand for them to have people be rude to them and them not stand up for themselves. Your review fails to mention how much of a bully and how rude you guys have been. Also, the appointments are the same waiting time as any other customer faces. Unfortunately, summer is a busier time for our service department and we could not get you in the second you called but I do think we got you in at a reasonable time and not to mention you guys dropped the vehicle of days before the appointment. The vehicle was only in the shop one day an repaired. Sometimes the issue with a bad review is a bad customer and I can fully say that is the case here in hopes to stay professional.
