First off they were extremely busy yesterday 3/15/22.  So much that I was flustered waiting.. Daryl in washer/dryer appliances AMAZING! His knowledge on washer and dryers.......A1!  He had to deal with me 2 days in a row but was very helpful and patient. He informed me Lowes has truck rental services and tool rental services. People in those departments were super helpful as well. I apologize that I don't remember their names. Cyndy(hope that's right) at service desk was very busy. But she held it together like a pro. We always post negative reviews when things go bad, but fail to post positive.  These people work hard and have so much patience. Thank you all for all you do!

Bought an LG washer and dryer from day one the dryer did not heat, called lowes several times as well as the LG company and I asked lowes if they would replace it but they said no that LG would do that, LG stated  that if we wanted it replaced to call the store and that they would replace it, for over a month all I've gotten is the run around and so at this point I would not recommend buying ANY appliances from them. I am still waiting to hear back from LG to see what they are willing to do.

Very very disappointed

It was great..i walked in and  got what I needed and headed for the check out lane. The lady that checked me out was so very nice and kind and told me some pointers on thr Easter Buuny Planter with an air plant that I was buying for my granddaughter for Easter. She was her helpful and gave me some good advice, since I was shipping this to Alaska. Thx Lowe's for such a wonderful lady at your check out lane in CapeGirardeau, Mo.

I've shoped over the years at this store.. over all I've been treated well and good customer service.  However my only pet peeve.
1. There prices can be higher than sum around Cape Girardeau.
2. There wood product rarely has the price in there rack areas.
3. The garden areas . Like plants & trees and top soils are scattered in different areas! This is a hassle.  I normally shop Walmart for my trees and plants. It's all located in one area.

Hands down one of the worst experiences of my life in dealing with a home improvement store, anyone answering the phone at the device counter is iffy, bought and paid for something, still getting the run around about it arriving at the store, had to cancel original order, was told item would be at the store in 5-7 days, today is the 22nd, I said ok, I'll be there on the 29th to pick it up, no, won't be here until the 31st? Then why are you telling me it'll be here in 5-7 days? That was after dealing with the complete s@#t show the day I purchased the item originally

Some of the absolute BEST customer service I have ever received! Associates were very knowledgeable about the appliances I was asking about. Also the entire store looked fantastic, which makes me look forward to shopping there again!

My husband and I paid for a toolbox from their store and did not have our truck with us to get it home. They scheduled for us to come get it the following day. We enter the building and stand for 30+ minutes at the customer service counter, the lady working was doing her best, she finially got help and things started moving faster. We tell them we are there to pick up our already purchased toolbox and the gentleman behind the counter radios someone, they don't answer so he leaves to go find said person. 20 minutes later the gentleman who was radioed shows up and asked us specifically which toolbox we where picking up. We show him the receipt and he says he will go find it and to pull up to the front. We then stand outside for over 45 minutes waiting on the toolbox. I finially go back inside and they tell me they cannot find it. They have found another one that had been sold online. 10 minutes after that the original guy who was helping us comes to get us and tells us they have it outside and ready to load. We get outside and there is a gentleman standing at the rear of our truck with the box on a 4wheel dolly who proceeds to say "young lady we did not forget about you" I understand being busy and short handed but leaving your customers standing outside for over 45 minutes with no updates is not how a business should be ran. Once I see this box, it is covered in bird poop and had obviously been wet at some point and time. I have not had a chance to take the box apart to look at the toolbox yet so we shall see how that goes.  We arrived at the store barely after 315 to retrieve our toolbox and left after 530. The entire situation was ridiculous and no way to run a business. Needless to say we will not be returning anytime soon.

It gets a 3 because like many other facilities these days it's pushing towards self checkout. That takes away from customer service and the customer isn't getting paid to do the stores work. They usually have decent prices but unlike their competition Menards could do a better job with displaying the merchandise.

Worst c.s. ever. No one ever answers the phone. Even if you go in person and they say dept. Mgr will call you, they don't. C.S. has no idea who the managers even are when you ask for one by name. Basic doors aren't in stock, special order. Order delayed several times, but no one ever tells us. Even on line acct. Says order not found altho it's pd for. Started the process 1st of Aug., Door may or not be in late Dec....who knows? Installer can't plan, holds everything else on the project up.

Bought a refrigerator,  it didn't work so after several calls they exchanged it. I lost $200 worth of food in the fridge.  Lowe's wouldn't reimburse me for the food and assured me frigidaire would reimburse me. Frigidaire will not reimburse me. Lowe's and frigidaire have terrible customer service and have each have lost me as a customer. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend dealing with them.
