  Rory the owner was absolutely unprofessional. His attitude is not worth saving the 5% difference I found between him and SYNLawn. As a Marine I take pride in calling people Sir or Ma’am. When meeting him, he tells me that his labor is $60hr and that I’m taking too much of his time. Don’t expect customer satisfaction here, much less asking a question about the product. The only positive part of my turf purchase experience was Kimmie and Keisha. These two were polite and professional, and shouldn’t be put in a position of creating excuses for the owner. I’m guessing that’s not Rory’s first act of blatant disrespect for a customer. I spent $900 dollars here and hope you don’t make the same mistake.

  I had my lawn done by the crew from Nylawn this past February. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone looking to swap out their natural grass for synthetic. Thanks again Zak

  Not worth working with here. I stopped by the shop and tried to schedule an appt and nobody confirmed anything. Nobody called me back. I called back and tried to reschedule something and have them call me back and nothing. They’re so busy they don’t want more work. Must be nice to turn away business. FAIL!!!
